The hotel itself was okay. The staff did what they could to help the deficiencies. However, the area itself did not feel or seem safe at all.

Our hotel room was super clean, and newly remodeled. Our AC unit only worked in the bedroom area, the staff was very quick to offer a new room for the night, but it was late and we were already settled, thankfully the rest of the weekend was chilly and ac wasnt needed. We also were not given towels, and told they were "sold out of them" and unable to give us any. After complaining to the desk we were given brand new towels with tags. Overall we were happy with our stay, we were in with a sports league and not where the rest of the team stayed. We definitely picked the better hotel !!

There was only 1 working elevator and it didn't work most of the time. Over all it was a good stay as the run was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful

Decent size room, comfortable bed, convenient kitchen, adequate storage space for luggage and clothing. Room had larger fridge, two-burner cooktop, microwave and dishwasher, dishes, cookware, utensils, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, hair dryer.
There was no TV remote, no forks, no cups in the bathroom, no lighting over the kitchen countertop, no pen or paper and the only tissue box was almost empty. One elevator seemed to be out of order. The coffee and snack bar in the lobby had all junk food and was overpriced. The reclining chair in the box was horribly uncomfortable.
Staff was okay but not too friendly. They could speak up a little to their guests and smile more.
It's definitely only a three-star hotel but it will do for a short stay.
