Clean and had all the basic amenitis

A little confusing to check in but owner was very responsive

Amazing stay! The house was very clean, comfortable, and peaceful with a beautiful city view. The location is very central and offers easy access to nearby places. The host provided clear instructions for self check-in and access via QR code made it feel very secure. 2 parking spaces were provided, which was very convenient. The pool was big and great for relaxing. My family loved it and we would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

The location suited our purpose. House was overall clean at first. The first bathroom was relatively clean.

Towels in the kitchen weren't fresh/clean. There were frozen sausages from some previous stay in the freezer. There were empty drinks bottles and lots of dirt behind the sofa and it was obvious that the cleaner was leaving out a lot of places and cutting corners. In general the whole place really needed a proper dust down and vacuuming. The second bathroom was horrendous. It smelled so bad even after a cleaner came to clean it again, which means either the toilet bowl was leaking, or the gully traps were just stuffed. We kept it closed for the rest of the stay and everyone used only one bathroom. There was also visible mould along many of the grout lines, so that tells you a lot about how much cleaning the cleaners do. The pillows were uncomfortable to sleep on, and the extra charge for an extra bed is ridiculously high. The towels given had torn edges. For Rm 300 a night, it was not worth it. Parking was on level 5A so we had to make multiple rounds up and down each way which got annoying too, as we had work things to handle as well. When I asked the host if there were extra toilet paper rolls in the unit, his response was "finished already?" - and I never got an answer. The rolls were already half-used to begin with. The toilets near the shallow pool area were not clean and well-kept, but the toilets near the deeper pool on the next floor were okay. That was quite odd to us.
