Same as showed on photos. Clean. All household works well. Easy to check-in/check-out and find car lot. Strong internet connection. Beds are so comfortable. And high raise level unit so very calm and quiet. I feel like a home. Just next door is I-City and linked bridge to I-City Sentral Mall. Helpful securities. And the host is friendly, respectful, responsive.

Private parking for 2 cars. Had 2 bathrooms which was very convenient.
Not properly maintained. Food remnants on the floor. Carpet was dusty. Cockroaches crawling on the floor and walls. Aircond wasn't cold and one unit had condensation water dripping on the bedroom floor.
