The location was central to all the events we had planned. We had plenty of room for everyone to spread out.
The reviews I read beforehand were accurate. While the house was in a convenient area, the attention to the small details was lacking. It looked like the floors had not been vacuumed or swept. Small effort would have made a big difference. Also, while a small detail, all the soap was watered down. Again, small effort, big difference. We also had an issue with the pocket door in one of the bedrooms. It would not fully close. I reached out and they responded quickly. However, the fix they applied was a band-aid and not a true fix. Also, we opened up the sofa bed and there was a dirty sock, coins, lots of dust and crumbs. We had to wash the sheets ourselves as we could not find any others available.
