Estadía de una semana muy tranquila con unas vistas inmejorables !

Lugar tranquilo en una comunidad con vistas increíbles donde poder relajarse lejos del bullicio de Río. Espacios comunitarios amplios, cocina equipada, limpio. Buena experiencia en general.

La habitación era muy calurosa y el ventilador demasiado pequeño, no ayudaba mucho y a veces se hacía difícil dormir por el calor. Los huéspedes eran en su mayoría todos franceses en lo que fue mi estadía, no tengo problemas particularmente con esto, pero si vas con la idea de sentirte parte de una comunidad más social, o un lugar más diverso, tal vez un hostel funcione mejor. Para silencio y descanso es un lugar perfecto! Y el staff muy atento también y siempre predispuesto a ayudar en lo que sea :)

Una de las mejores vistas de Río de Janeiro

Me encantó la vista, el cuarto era de estilo rústico y tenía todo lo necesario para tener una estancia tranquila, el baño tenía agua caliente y jabones dove disponibles lo cual me hizo muy feliz. La cocina bien equipada y muy cerca había una pequeña tienda pequeña que tenía casi de todo.

Quizás la ubicación que fue algo complicada pero era necesario el esfuerzo para disfrutar una vista así.

Die Aussicht ist gigantisch gut. Durch die Lage in der Favela und Santa Teresa bekommt man einen guten Einblick ins wahre Rio. Mit dem Uber kommt man recht gut überall hin. In der Favela haben wir uns sicher gefühlt, nette Bewohner, Rollkoffer wären ungünstig.

Das vor Wochen reservierte Zimmer mit Ausblick wurde zwei Tage vorher storniert. Es fand während unseren Aufenthaltes eine große Säuberungsaktion statt und wir fühlend uns als lästig. Die Handtücher stanken und es gab keinen Ersatz. Frühstück wurde nicht angeboten. Um die Ecke ein kleiner Laden. Im Zentrum von Santa Teresa ein tolles Café .

Tem que saber que não conseguira chegar com malas (tem que subir um pedaço de morro) Tive uma experiencia bastante decepcionante, os funcionarios grossos, pedi ajuda com as malas, já que sozinha era realmente muito complicado. negaram, chamaram a uma pessoa "de confiança" para que leve minhas malas x R$25. nunca apareceu. Ainda marcaram minha reserva como no show na booking na tentativa de me cobrar duas vezes, ou pior, me impedir de deixar a review. A vista é linda realmente, e o local tranquilo O quarto super descuidado, cama muito desconfortável , baratas, emfim eu não recomendo, você sabe o que faz. café da manhã não tem.

Персонал был очень дружелюбный, рассказали мне про хорошие места, дали рекомендации. Очень классный вид, все как на фото. Достаточно пространства, но не хватает чистоты из-за своеобразного покрытия стен/пола + влажность. не очень далеко добираться до точки такси. в целом неплохо, если вы не особо притязательны

я бы не заселилась, если бы знала, что там живут кошки. я не аллергик, но я просто не люблю запах животных, и мне кажется правильным об этом предупреждать заранее в описании ( пришлось просто распылять ежедневно духи). система нагрева воды выглядит совсем неважно и опасно (мой опыт более 20 стран и такое я еще не видела)

Une vue magnifique au calme

Très bien placé dans une petite favéla tranquille avec une vue splendide! Quel bonheur de boire un café sur la terrasse sur toit ! Nous avons eu une très belle chambre au frais. Et sans parler de l’accueil des propriétaires tellement gentils ! Et la compagnie des chats de la maison! Dans le quartier vous avez accès à un snack des restaurants pour le soir. Accès à la favéla par taxis ou bus ou le fameux petit tram jaune!

Le lieu est calme et sympa mais son accessibilité est à prendre en compte.

Le lieu est joli, très calme et la vue extraordinaire sur Rio. C'est très sympa d'avoir une compagnie féline !

Je pense que le manque d'accessibilité de l'endroit devrait être largement précisé. Certes, c'est à l'entrée d'une favela pacifiée, mais celle-ci est vraiment difficile d'accès, même en moto taxi. Quasiment aucun chauffeur n'accepte de s'y rendre et je me suis retrouvée dans des situations très compliquées à cause de ça, même si ce n'est pas la faute des hôtes. Se nourrir est là aussi un défi, les commerces sont très loin, il faut un moto taxi pour s'y rendre mais on revient au premier soucis. Il me semble qu'il serait nécessaire de mettre de numéros de chauffeurs de confiance à dispo à minima... Autrement il n'y a pas de climatisation et les nuits d'été peuvent être vraiment chaudes dans les dortoirs.
