Clean and tidy for what we needed

Beds were comfy, loved the little extra touches such as all the extras provided if needed. The home was clean and a lot of thought had gone into it
There was a lot of noise on the street late into the evening and the water in the bathroom/kitchen was a yellow colour so we had to buy bottled water

Considerate touchs, well equipped, good communication.
It was dirty and shabby. In need of a deep clean. There were cobwebs on the ceilings/walls, the coffee machine was filthy. Areas of kitchen eg under chopping board, edges of work surfaces and dish for coffee/tea hadn’t been cleaned. Dust on towel rails, didn’t want to use it. Half used food items in fridge which think had been left for us to use were off putting, nobody wants someone’s half used slab of butter. Bathroom needs renovation.
Noisy neighbours, rough area (though this was to be fair for us to check).
