La signora Stefania è eccezionale. Diversamente da quanto scritto da Booking la struttura fornisce il letto e il bagno completo di biancheria.

Più libertà nell'uso della cucina.

Camera spaziosa, pulita e confortevole. Letto comodissimo, molto silenziosa, comoda per il parcheggio. La padrona di casa, Stefania, è una persona adorabile, pronta e sempre presente per rendere il soggiorno molto gradevole.

Wat een prachtig , schoon en netjes huis. Perfecte uitvalbasis voor het stadje,strand en restaurantjes. Er staan fietsen die je kan lenen en zo ben je overal snel. Stefania was zo leuk en lief! Super behulpzaam ! Dikke aanrader!!

The location is nice, near the river, with a lot of green around. The name means "the Green Leaf", but it also hints to the river in front, named Foglia, which is green. A little remote, but closer to the center than many beach hotels. It is an old villa surrounded by modern blocks. Very well kept and alegant. The hostess, Stefania, was extremely friendly and helpful. The villa has many common spaces: kitchen, terraces, a large living room, a dining room. My room was in the basement (excellent thing!); although described as 'small', it was larger than many I stayed in. A large comfy bed, some shelves and many hangers. The bathroom was also spacious, including a bidet (commom in Italy and very useful). Blinds that could be shut so that the day's heat or indiscreet views could be cut off. Air-conditioning working fine. A large kitchen with shared fridge, cooking machine, microwave, coffee machine (capsules were constantly provided), cutlery. There are a few very useful shops not far away, also a few places to eat. The place is pet-friendly, a lady came with her little pomeranian dog, who was a very cute one. Very clean, the cleaning is done on a regular basis.There are a few parking places around, but few and usualy busy. There are cycling facilities.

There are only a few minuses. The villa is near a very circulated road, every hour of the day and night, so sleeping can be difficult (earplugs recomended!). The power sockets are different from those in other European countries - I could only use the one in the bathroom and later had to buy an adaptor. The wifi was on, but the signal was weak and inconstant so I mostly relied on mobile data in roaming. Walking around was nice, but there are areas where there is no pedestrian pavement, one has either to walk on the street or cross on the other side. The beach is a little far, about 1 km away.
