The apartment is ideally located. Next to the Vatican, has restaurants and supermarkets less than two blocks away. It had comfortable beds and bedding linen. The communication with admins is excellent. They respond to every question fast and with solutions so thank you very much for that. The apartment is exactly as in the pictures. The washer, hamper and iron come in very handy, especially for week long trips like ours.
The kitchen is comfortable but is lacking small spoons and glasses for a family of four. We could never get the toaster oven or the kettle working. And a microwave would be a good item to have.
