Friendly host.
Big cosy appartment.
Good central location if you like to go out for a drink or some food in the evenings.
Good price for what you get here.
Noisy at night, but with some earplugs I had a good sleep.
Bathroom needs a light renovation.

Friendly and helpful host, apartman is small but perfect for two ppl. It has a good vibe, clean and very good, central location close to everything (metro, Timeout market, shopping area, etc.). It is not in a noisy street, we could sleep at nights.

the location is great in the old town, just few mintues away from the main street and even go to the waterfront that walk around 10 minutes. The apartment equipped with washing machine, dehumidifier and well-equipped small kitchen. You can do laundry at night and have most of your clothes dried next morning if they are not too thick.
The sitting room is spacious for a sole traveller or for a couple.
The buildling is probably hundred years old and it's typical in Portugal that the staircase and the doorway are narrow. If you have a large and heavy suitcase, you might need some techinique and strength to get your stuff up/down.
It would be a bit noisy on Friday and Saturday nights since there are few bars and restaurants around. But it's not only the problem of this apartment, bars and restaurants are around the city.
the cleanliness of the bathroon can be improved a little bit.
