The apartment is great! It has all needed ammenities for a comfortable stay. Air conditioner was a huge delight on heat days. I was afraid of noisy neighbourhood because the street has lots of bars. But there were only 3 noisy nights with festivities until 2:00 at the street in a month, it were weekends, the other nights were quiet. So practicly it was the best option I could have for the price. I had all I needed in walking distance.
