Charming Parisian Flat near Eiffel Tower

The design of the appartment is great. The location is really great as you have quick access to 2 subway line. It was super clean and well prepared.

In summer… No A/C but the appartment can keep some freshness of during the night you open the windows from the bedroom and the main room and keep the shatters closed during the day. A iron table is really missing

We had a lovely 3-night stay in this apartment with my friends, and it was perfect for the three of us! The space is spacious enough to comfortably accommodate a group, and everything in the apartment is new and spotlessly clean. The neighborhood is fantastic, with several large supermarkets and some excellent boulangeries nearby, so getting fresh pastries in the morning was a breeze. The apartment is well-equipped for both short and long stays, with amenities like a Nespresso machine, tea kettle, large fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine. We found everything we needed and slept well on the comfortable beds. Overall, a great spot to stay in Paris, and we’d happily return!

The only minor downside is the sound insulation, as it's an older Parisian building (which is very charming and beautiful!). We could sometimes hear neighbors walking in the apartment above or in the hallway, so if you're a light sleeper, earplugs might be helpful.
