    We arrived to Istanbul at 01:00 Am, there was no reception to check us in, so coordinate way ahead of ur arrival to ensure u r checked in at late or early hours

    The receptionist is very rude and uncultured. He doesn't know how to treat customers. The rooms are not in good condition and the items listed are not provided. He is rude when asked.

    Too much noisy all night on road old Shap windows and bed mattres was old bad and on one side I fall many time from that pillows without cover durty and old bad sheet and blood on it and they never change it for me .... not recommend
