Apartamento Coracha

La ubicación cerca de la playa, el parque de las palomas. A un paseo de Arroyo de la Miel y del Puerto zonas con mucho ambiente. Si vas con peques la zona de las piscinas. Se agradece el kit de limpieza y ducha. El apartamento está bien abastecido de menaje para 4 personas

Limpieza de alfombra y. Poco justa, de hecho yo creo que la retiraría. Parking hay, pero hay que tener suerte de pescar plaza

Everything that was needed in the apartment, it even had a dishwasher. The location was great with bus stops very close.

We had one encounter with a cockroach(the only one) coming out from under the dishwasher, but it was soon dispatched, and no more problems, it most certainly wouldn't stop us from returning.

We really enjoyed our stay! A very polite host welcomed us, gave us the keys, and was always available during our stay. A big plus is the free parking with plenty of spaces, which is rare for Spain. The apartment has everything you might need and even more: microwave, dishwasher with tablets, sponges, cleaning supplies, plenty of dishes and pans. Coffee, tea, a coffee maker, kettle, and a good fridge with freezer. There were also shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, washing machine, towels, toilet paper, and napkins. For convenience, there was a vacuum cleaner, mop, broom with a dustpan. Even buckets and toys for kids to play in the sand. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the terrace offered a beautiful view. Access to the swimming pool is included, and in the apartment there are also two beach chairs and a beach umbrella, which was very handy. There are plenty of hangers in the closet and lots of storage space for clothes, which made the stay even more comfortable. A very cozy and well-equipped apartment — highly recommended!

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The balcony had a nice view of the sea. Great location for the beach, literally across the road. A good selection of bars and restaurants in walking distance. The owners have a parasol and 2 beach chairs for use, which meant we only needed to hire 2 sun loungers on the beach for a family of 4. A basic but perfectly functional kitchenette and a big fridge-freezer.

Hot water is provided by a water tank, so showering a family of 4 using one tank meant turning the water off to wash and really keeping showers short. The air con in the bedroom wasn't as good as the unit in the main room, but that said a second fan was available. The complex was dated and in need of updating, including the swimming pools. Out of control of the apartment owners, but other residents disturbed us at night time by scraping chairs/slamming cupboard doors. But the door to the apartment kept the corridor noise at bay.
