It was nicely located a minute from the train station.
The room is nicely updated.
Workers there are nice.
There are a lot of drain flies for whatever reason.
No access to the laundry room or common work áreas.
Someone on the upper level lets their dog on the balcony every morning and it barks at every dog that walks by.
Some service items took a while.

Limpeza deixando muito a desejar, chão cheio de cabelo do hospede anterior, sofa com cheiro ruim e sujo. Banheiro acho que nunca utilizaram água sanitária. Limpeza que é algo tecnicamente simples e não ter isso em uma hospedagem chega a ser trágico. Posso dizer que não houve limpeza naquele local a bastante tempo. A foto que adicionei é georreferenciada do local e mostra um pouco da sujeira.
