Lugar ótimo da Vila Madalena. Um quarto e sala bem grande com bastante espaço.
Não há funcionários e outros hóspedes. Tudo é automático, desde a entrada no portão até pegar a chave do quarto. Me deu a sensação de lugar abandonado, mas estava limpo e organizado.

Modern, sauber, super Lage (5 min von Beco do Batman). Gute Heizung (war im Winter dort), kostenlose Wasserspender, sehr hilfsbereiter kulanter Gastgeber! Viel Platz!

Good location in vila Madalena. Room and kitchen had enough space. Staff was super helpful
A lot of smell of humidity. Not much privacy, as the windows open for a common area.

Comunicação com anfitrião excelente, ele envia todas as instruções em vídeo de forma bem clara. Apartamento muito limpo, com todo o necessário para a estadia em local sossegado, sem barulhos. Altamente recomendado.
O colchão da cama é firme, pode não agradar a todos.
