The location , the free permit parking & the flat in general was amazing value for money considering how close it was to the sea.Easy to deal with host as well .

I’m not going to gripe had a fantastic stay with my daughter . We both loved the flat and the area to explore West Sussex.

The location was great and it was clean and had what you needed there

The flat/apartment is in a good location. There was good communication with the owner Martin.

On entering the flat, we were hit with a strong smell of dog. I could see the carpet was relatively new however it was clear it hadn't been vacuumed throughout the flat. I checked the towels and bedding and they looked fresh but the flat itself hadn't been cleaned. There were crumbs on the settee a skid mark in the toilet, watered down handsoap, the door and cupboard handles were grubby and the dishcloth was dirty. For these reasons we didn't use any of the kitchen facilities, we didn't even have a cup of tea. It's a shame really because if it was given a deepclean and some touching it up it wouldn't take much to keep on top of it.
