The flat was compact and bijou! Perfect for an overnight stay for one!

Thanks for having the heater on! It was lovely and warm when I arrived, very welcoming.
Very surprised at the size of the oven anniversary ring hob, larger than I've got at home!
Everywhere was neat clean and tidy.
The TV was not working, switched on, and could only locate one very obscure channel, not really a problem for an overnight stayer, might be more of a problem if staying longer.
On street parking is available - at a cost! I arrived at 5pm and expected to pay upto normal six o'clock, but charges go upto 9 o'clock, which cost £11, seemed expensive for a Friday evening. Somewhat offset by charging not starting until 10am.

Everything was in good order from the kitchen to the bathroom and was very clean.
The fact that it was so close to the train station and good value for money with regards to everything that the property has.
