Der Ausblick auf die Ostsee ist einfach traumhaft, und das trotz zweiter Reihe! Die Balkone sind sehr schön und im Sommer sicherlich noch grandioser zu nutzen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, es gibt ein paar Spiele und viele Bücher vor Ort. Perfekt, wenn man selber nichts mit hat und das Wetter nicht so gut ist. In der Küche gibt es eine Waschmaschine mit Trocknerfunktion. Die elektronischen Rollläden sind ebenfalls ein Pluspunkt, da von allen Seiten die Wohnung Sonne abbekommt.
Die Wanne ist zum Baden doch etwas unbequem, wenn man kleiner als 1,80 m ist, aber dennoch super, dass eine vorhanden ist.
Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu beanstanden!
