We’ve been eagerly awaiting this moment, and we’re thrilled to welcome the first guests to this luxurious apartment spanning over 180 square meters!
You’ll enjoy exclusive comfort: You’ll take the elevator directly to the Presidential Suite. When the doors open, you’ll find yourself in the foyer. By this point, at the very latest, you’ll realize that nothing was left to chance in the suite’s design.
The suite has been lovingly designed to be stylish, ultra-modern, and equipped with numerous extras.
The suite features sophisticated stucco elements as far as the eye can see, as well as a unique lighting system. With the push of a button, you can set the lighting scene of your choice. The living area is equipped with an XXL recliner sofa, a large flat-screen TV, and a massive gas fireplace. The built-in kitchenette leaves nothing to be desired, featuring a fully automatic coffee machine, an American-style refrigerator (including an ice maker), an induction cooktop with a built-in exhaust fan, [nbsp]an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a dining table for 8 people.

The first of four bedrooms with an en suite bathroom is a masterpiece by our design team: It not only features one of the four high-quality box-spring beds (200x200 cm), but also boasts a gas fireplace and a Finnish sauna. From the bathtub, you can enjoy either the flickering flames of the gas fireplace or your favorite TV series. The bathroom is complete with a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. An extra bed for a child is available in the bedroom in the travel crib (max. 3 years old).
The second bedroom, featuring a double bed, TV, and en suite bathroom (shower, toilet), is on the first floor and accessible from the foyer. A staircase leads to the upper level of the suite, where two additional bedrooms—each with a double bed—and a guest restroom await you. Both bedrooms are equipped with a box-spring bed and a TV. The highlight is the convertible windows, which can be transformed into a balcony in the blink of an eye. The bathroom for guests staying in the upper level is located on the first floor and is equipped with a shower and toilet.
