Lokalita, interiér zariadenia, spôsob komunikácie s majiteľom, krytý parking, miestnosť na odkladanie lyží.

Stačí keď bazén obsadí jedna rodina s deťmi, nie je šanca užiť si ho. Nestačí , keď je k dispozícii iba 3 dni v týždni od 17-tej do 20-tej.Stačilo by mať rozpis obsadenosti.

Ubytovanie bolo čisté,útulné, dostatočne vybavené aj na varenie. Lokalita bola veľmi dobrá, v blízkej dostupnosti bola autobusová aj vlaková zastávka

Ocenili by sme dlhší otvárací čas welnessu, najmä večer. V sobotu sme ho chceli využiť, ale už sme nestihli. Chýbala nám dôslednejšia komunikácia pred naším príchodom, nakoľko sa k nám nedostali dôležité informácie včas, avšak podarilo sa nám to vyriešiť na mieste a v konečnom dôsledku to nebol problém.
