Joli Appartement à côté de la Tour Eiffel, Javel et de Paris Expo

We initially had trouble getting into the lockbox, but finally figured out that the apartment was on floor 1, not floor 0. During that time, the owners did not respond to text or email or phone call. HOWEVER, every other time I needed a question answered, we received an answer RIGHT AWAY. At one point, I notified the owner that the floor of the shower was super slippery and within an hour, a safety mat had been put in, which worked out perfectly and I appreciated the PROMPT response. The studio apartment was plenty big enough, nice to have a table and chairs and small sofa. Soooooo very nice to have a washing machine (and drying rack in bathroom), and kitchen items (cups, mugs, plates, utensils) and refrigerator. Small grocery and pharmacy only a block away, farmers market on Tues and Sat, and scattered restaurants all around. Bed was VERY comfortable.

We loved the apartment, loved being able to open our windows and not be in the heart of the crazy busy touristy area (loved being in a locals neighborhood). It did take quite a while to get into the heart of Paris, but there are THREE metro stations within an 8-10 minute walk. At times I wished I had stayed closer in, but at the end of the day, it was super refreshing to be in a quieter area. It was a challenge to get our luggage up the spiral stairwell, but workable as it was only 1 floor.

Le calme, l'aménagement du studio, les équipements très complets (y compris des prises USB murales très pratiques) Le logement est par ailleurs idéalement situé dans un quartier très agréable.
