Proximity to the ferry terminal.
Although basic, the facilities are modern and recent. Bed a bit hard but that's a personal preference. Good sized shower.
I hadn't realised there's no parking available - with a car fully loaded and visible, I didn't want to park in the street.
The key system is a bit hard work.
Communication regarding access was last minute.

Accès facile, appartement refait à neuf récemment, très propre, avec petites attentions (café, yaourt, bouteille d'eau à disposition).
En cas de fortes chaleurs et besoin d'ouvrir les fenêtres, l'environnement peut s'avérer très bruyant du fait de la rue passante en bas des fenêtres. Fenêtres fermées c'est OK.
