Good location for a stopover

Recently renovated with good bathroom. Clean. Caring host who came out to fix the internet with a mobile router. 20 minutes walk from the ferry terminal and about the same from the railway station, so good location. Coffee machine and pods were welcome. Lovely looking building outside.

Our room looked like it was furnished on a low budget. The photos are excellent and show the room better than it is. We would not describe the house as beachfront though.

Boa Localização, pra quer quer descanso é ótima vila, tudo muito tranquilo!

Esqueceram de abastecer o sabonete líquido. No primeiro dia teve faltou energia mais voltou logo, mais os corredores ficaram sem energia.

Helles ruhiges großes Zimmer in einem mit viel persönlichem Engagement renovierten Haus im Fischer-Viertel von Dieppe. Die Vermieter waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit und vor Ort.

Prestations décevantes au regard du prix

Le studio est tout neuf, le lit confortable, la douche est grande. L'appartement est très propre. Quartier populaire agreable légèrement excentré et donc loin du tumulte du centre ville.

Le RDC est entièrement en travaux, scie sauteuse à partir de 9h30 le matin et ambiance "chantier" à l'arrivée. Je ne trouve pas normal de ne pas avoir été prévenue plus tôt pour pouvoir choisir en connaissance de cause. L'appartement n'est pas comme sur la photo : plus petit et vis à vis direct sur un mur et la cour pleine de gravas. Internet fonctionne par intermittence et la TV ne marche pas

Les 2 étages à monter avec marches pas très droites Le sol n était pas très propre beaucoup de poussière Traces sales dans le bac de douche Du fait qu il n y a pas de petit dej, comme dans bcp de locations il devrait y avoir plusieurs variétés de cafés thes sucré à dispo au vu du prix de la nuit De + ce n est pas du tout front de mer il y a 25 min à pieds

Het welkom voelen, met attenties in de kamer zoals flesjes water in de koelkast en de beschikbaarheid van koffie en thee voor de volgende ochtend. Ook schoonmaakmiddelen, thee-, en handdoeken en toiletpapier voldoende. Mooi gerenoveerde kamer vlakbij de haven, het centrum en het strand.

De toegang met kluisjes (hele slechte communicatie! (Las via de app v booking pas hoe de 2 kluisjes geopend moesten worden)De ingang deur leek wel van een krakers woning stond niets op dus geen bordje met Les Nids glas was eruit spaanplaat erachter getimmerd..entree versleten vieze blauwe vloerbedekking !hadden kamer nr 7 en4 trappen op! Stond wel een koffie app met 3 cubs 1 klontje suiker geen melk en wel tweezakjes Badkamer nieuw prima , kussens heel dun een klein! Werd telefonisch door de eigenaar afgekapt om ik naar suiker/melk vroeg..zat niet bij de service ( wel 3 cubs)! Moest zelf suiker/ melk kopen! Was er bloedheet oké geen airco maar op z’n minst een tafelventilator zou toch niet zo moeilijk moeten zijn en dat voor€120 pn zonder ontbijt! Zijn nu bv in het Ibis hotel Namen € 85,- inclusief ontbijt fantastisch ingericht! Nee Les Nids echt een afrader!

Appartement propre et refait à neuf ! Bonne indication pour accéder au logement.

Appartement non insonorisé, rue extrêment frequentée durant la nuit avec le passage des véhicules et motos à toutes allures. Extrêment bruyant ! Pas dormi de la nuit. L'appartement n'est pas non plus en front de mer comme précisé sur l'annonce. Nous ne re viendrons pas.

Manque lavabo ou évier car je faisais la vaisselle dans le lavabo qui me servait pour la toilette. Table trop petite . Toilette extérieur . Pas de parking alors que celà était noté dans l'annonce. Pas évident de se garer dans la journée. Cuillère sale et couvercle protecteur micro onde sale. Tapis douche idem, pas très propre.

Комната чистая, имеются все необходимые мелочи, посуда. Хозяйка прислала четкие инструкции как попасть в помещение, но даже тогда, когда я не смогла найти свою комнату, Надя была доступна, все мне показала и поприветствовала.

Все понралилось, но хочется добавить комментарий для улучшения сервиса. В душевую кабинку добавить плочку для принадлежностей, как минимум мыльницу. В туалет корзину для мусора - не все предметы можно выбрасывать в унитаз, наример предметы женской гигиены.

Nous avons rencontré des difficultés pour ouvrir la porte principale d’accès à l’immeuble, car elle demande une force importante pour s’ouvrir.

Séjour très agréable. La propriétaire des lieux est très sympathique.

nous sommes les premiers locataire de ce nouvel établissement, la chambre spacieuse propre et clair, la salle de douche avec toilette très bien aussi, seul bémol la fenêtre trop près du toilette, pas de rideaux juste un adhésif opaque sur les vitres et des voisins en vis à vis de l'autre coté de la route (intimité dans les toilette a revoir). Accueil très cordiale, une bouteille d'eau , de lait, jus de fruit dans le réfrigérateur et une corbeille de fruit sur la table avec des nectarines dedans et un paquet de biscuits à notre arrivée. Encore quelques améliorations a faire, mais ils débutent.

La porte de la chambre n'est pas isolée, (une porte palière serait la bien venue) ni étanche a la lumière des parties communes, Ouverture des portes des chambres bruyantes, surtout la nuit quand les voisins rentres, sur le site il est indiqué parking gratuit et public, en faite c'est stationnement dans la rue, s'il y a de la place.
