The location is perfect. Clean, warm and welcoming. We had a cleaner, nice clean pool.
Had to pay extra for AC which I didn’t realise until we needed it! The host could have accepted cash, if you are not Kenyan you will probably not have used MPESA. Host needs to cater for international clients and take various forms of international payment measures, not just one known to locals. No lift in building.

The location was up to our expectation, secure and convenient to access the stores and places of interest while on holiday. Host Diana allowed us late checkout with out extra charge. We appreciate her hospitality.
There was internet challenge in one occasion due to failure of the service provider but our host was very keen to follow up, while updating us up to the time the connectivity issue was resolved. We appreciate our host for this good customer care.
