    My week-long stay at Mondello Glam Hotel in Sicily was truly exceptional. Even with a very late arrival, Carmelo greeted us with genuine warmth and enthusiasm that set the tone for the entire visit. The whole team went above and beyond— Gabriel, Vanessa, and Alessandro were all wonderfully gracious. Vanessa made every breakfast a joyful start to the day, and the chefs thoughtfully catered to my vegetarian preferences. Alessandro and Gabriel were consistently polite, attentive, and cheerful, often surprising us with thoughtful complimentary treats. Our room was spacious with a beautiful private terrace, and the pool and views were every bit as breathtaking as the photos. A special thanks to Gaia for her excellent local recommendations and outstanding hospitality throughout our stay. This hotel made our time in Sicily unforgettable.

    We had a fun stay. Mondello is a nice place and this is a cute place - with really helpful staff and everything thoughtful. Room size is good. The breakfast is excellent! just a) the upper floors get a lot of noise from the rooftop - which seems to be the party place of choice for the whole town (so choose the lower floors) and B) the hot tub was not working - hoping that’s temporary Overall a good experience
