Super villa with all you need, clean and nice.
Nice villa just round SPA racetrack. 4 great bedrooms with super beds! Geoffery as host was exelent! Thank for all help and time spend on us!

We had a fantastic time in Spa
We visited this accommodation with 7 people end of March. Geoffrey is a very kind and helpful host. Although we were there off-season he prepared the grill for us to have a nice barbecue. The whole communication was easygoing and he always quickly responded to our questions. The house is well equipped and most of the interior is pretty new. One highlight is the large cinema screen with surround sound system in the living room area. All rooms were clean and tidy and have unique decoration elements.
Only minor flaws which didn't really affect our stay like some unconnected cables coming out of the walls or the ceiling, probably because everything is quite new.

Het zou een rookvrij huis zijn maar hele huis stonk naar sigaretten-rook. Door de eigenaar gebrachte geurverdrijvers hielpen slechts ten dele. De stank was een grote domper op ons verblijf.

Super Unterkunft, Super Gastgeber, immer wieder gerne
Sehr schöne Tage in Spa. Das Haus ist groß genug für 8 Personen und sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vor der Haustür. Ins Zentrum sind es 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Lage ist in einer Nebenstraße und ruhig. Der Aussenbereich ist mit genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten, einer Aussenküche und einem sehr großen Pool ausgestattet. Auch hier ist alles sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Geoffrey ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber und sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank Geoffrey, wir kommen gerne wieder.
Mir fehlte ein Gefrierfach/ Truhe, da es bei unserem Aufenthalt sehr heiß war.

Eine sehr schöne Ausrichtung, tolle Möbel, alles hat super Funktioniert. Wir hatten diese für einen Jungesellinenabschied gebucht, dies war eine Perfekte Location dafür.
