Enorm ruime opzet van het vakantiehuis! Erg rustige buurt en fijn dat de sleutel al klaar lag bij aankomst.
Diverse lampen werkten niet zoals van afzuigkap en oven. Verder was het allemaal in orde. De (gps) locatie op de website en bevestiging klopt niet. De gîte is gelegen in Surister, niet in Tiège of Jalhay. Na het boeken volgt er opeens nog een factuur van Belvilla waarin de toeristenbelasting en schoonmaakkosten staan. De link wordt vanuit/aan een vaag gmail adres verstuurd, maar Booking zegt dat dit niet correct is maar doet er verder niks aan. Belvilla stuurt vervolgens een bericht dat bij niet betalen de boeking vervalt en ook bedrag wat aanbetaald is. Je wordt dus letterlijk voor het blok gezet om deze kosten alsnog te betalen ook al staan ze niet vermeld op de site als bijkomende kosten.
