Juste 2 serviettes pour 5 personnes et une seule tasse à thé. Sinon impeccable !

ein aufenthalt war nicht möglich. und es gab kein geld zurück. solche vermieter machen alles kaputt.
da wir nicht dort bleiben konnten, kann ich diese frage nicht beurteilen.
das appartement war nicht gereinigt. es befand sich schmutzige wäsche auf dem boden und in der waschmaschine. die küche und der esstisch waren nicht sauber. bei dem versuch die vermieter anzurufen kam eine textnachricht zurück, dass telefonieren nicht möglich sei. wir boten an, das appartement gegen erstattung der kosten wieder zu verlassen. das wurde bestätigt das geld haben wir bis heute nicht zurückbekommen. auch nicht mit der unterstützung von booking.com.
