A very clean, well equipped, spacious, secure property perfect for our overnight stay

The open plan kitchen and living area were large and well designed. Lovely modern decor. It was very clean. It was warm and comfortable and well equipped. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The bathroom had a shower over a large bath with lots of hot water. There was a separate wc, all against were very clean. Parking was secure and the instructions and access to the property were clear and easy.

Great apartment if you would like to explore the surroundings

Nice apartment , we have been staying only for one night on our return from Italy to England . Spacious apartment with everything you need , secure car park , quiet . You'll need the car to get to the nearest restaurant or shops.

Spacious gated parking and a comfortable stay made our visit easy and enjoyable.

We had a very pleasant stay here. Being able to park our car in the yard of the building was a big plus. The space was generous, and the gated entrance made us feel secure and relaxed, especially traveling with a small child. The location was convenient, and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable and easy stay. Overall, a positive experience.

Big, 3 separate bedrooms, lots of amenities

Its nice but does not deserve a 10. It was not clean. The dishwasher was really dirty inside (fungus), there were ashes in cups, we had to clean some plates before we could eat. There were no cushions for the seats outside and the railing was “fixed” temporarily. The roof ventilator remote control batteries empty and only work when the light is on. The garden looks messy. When I addressed this to the owner (not asking for anything since we stayed only 1 night, only to help him), his response was that we should book a 5* hotel. Later he still asked to rate the booking a 10.

Amazing stay, furnished and finished to a very high standard. Communication was superb, very easy to find and the whole place felt very welcoming and secure. Nothing bad to say, this is the standard that all rental properties should aspire to.

Superb

The apartment is spacious, modern and comfortable. It is very well appointed and a lot of thought has gone into pleasing the customer. All in all a most pleasant stay in a part of France I did not know.

Only very minor points. On arrival, the key was not in the secure key box. This tested my French when I had to phone up for help. Comically the bathroom mirror light had a mind of its own and we couldn't get the coffee machine to work. However these were not significant problems given the quality of everything else.

Superb

The apartment is very new, everything was very clean, I've never seen such a well-equipped kitchen in a rental apartment, the beds were comfortable. It's next to a road, so in the early morning you start to hear the cars, but at night it was surprisingly quiet. For dinner in the center I can recommend "Les bonts enfants", a nice restaurant with good food and friendly staff.

The courtyard is very new and not yet arranged very nicely (nothing green). The gorilla in the living room is massive and creepy, we covered it with a blanket. When I asked for recommendations to have dinner and breakfast, the only thing the host recommended for breakfast was a catering for 20 € per person, which I find very expensive. Overall, the communication was alright (mostly standardized and only in French - thanks to Booking for the translation option!), yet I didn't like that I was asked to rate 10/10, which I found a bit rude as I prefer to decide myself.

We would have liked to stay a bit longer at the end

We stayed at property number 3. The apartment is super new, clean, stylish, well equipped with more than you may need for a short stay.. It's set up like the owner himself should be loving there, and not with the third quality stuff you usually find in rental properties. The self check in procedure is smooth and very useful if you want to be flexible on your arrival time. The host is sending you a few (professional) messages prior to your check-in. The location is perfect for a stop-by while travelling (like in our case), but I'm not sure what is there to visit in the nearby; anyways, there are also a few tourist brochures at the entrance when you arrive. Definitely recommended.

Parfait. Cadre, élégance, propreté, confort, fonctionnalité, convivialité, sécurité. Tout y est.

On a tout apprécié dans ce logement. Il est spacieux, très bien décoré. La cuisine est fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. La literie est confortable. La maison est sécurisée et dispose de nombreuses places de parking. Bel espace extérieur. Le centre de Bourg en Bresse est proche en voiture. Petit plus : l’environnement calme plus campagne que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Point important : la maison répond aux normes de sécurité , ce qui est rassurant et primordial quand on voyage avec des enfants en bas âge. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter .

Bellissimo appartamento in un luogo tranquillo e verde

Anthony è stato gentilissimo . Ci ha permesso di arrivare un giorno dopo anche se la prenotazione non era cancellabile. L'appartamento è bellissimo, accogliente e spazioso . Siamo stati benissimo con i nostri nipotini. Consigliatissimo!

Fantastique !

Logement spacieux et hyper agréable. Nous y sommes restés qu’une une nuit mais nous y serions restés plusieurs jours tant le cadre est agréable ! Les ventilateurs silencieux au plafond sont un vrai plus lors des fortes chaleur. Cuisine bien équipée, et l’hote et super sympathique =) En résumé : si nous revenons dans la région c’est ce logement que nous choisirons à nouveau !

L'appartement est absolument parfait ! Il est décoré avec soin, spacieux et baigné de lumière, ce qui en fait un lieu de vie agréable et confortable. La propreté est irréprochable et l'équipement est complet, tout est prévu pour se sentir chez soi. La terrasse est un véritable atout, idéale pour se détendre. Le cadre est extrêmement calme et le parking sécurisé est un vrai plus. La communication avec le propriétaire a été excellente : réactif, clair et précis dans ses explications. Je recommande vivement cet appartement, c'est une véritable perle !
