Okay for a short stay
The property looks newly refurbished for renting so it was good.
The location seems a bit dodgy. We didn’t have any issues but it does sort of look like a hood area. Very underdeveloped and the house doesn’t look great from the outside but the inside looks nice.

Near to Niagara falls, Decent House & Stay, Beds are good.
Location is good, but the property age shows up. Overall amenities are good and decent. Good for a short stay.
The property age shows up. One of the window in the second floor bedroom fell off due to wind and the window glass got broken. Glad my kids were not around, else they would have got injured. We have informed in the booking.com chat and the handy man came and fixed a board to seal the gap as there was no spare or fitting window available to fix it.

La posizione e il parcheggio comodo
Il lavandino del bagno al primo piano era intasato e l'host non ha risposto al nostro reclamo. Il bagno al piano terra aveva un odore sgradevole. La struttura non era accogliente per la mancanza di mobilio e agganci per cui l'unica possibilità era di appoggiare la roba in terra o alle maniglie delle porte. Inoltre alcuni dettagli come la mancanza di caffè hanno reso senz'altro meno piacevole il soggiorno.
