Great hosts, responded quickly to our late reservation and when we needed help with Netflix. Everything was super clean!
There wasn't enough hot water to fill the jacuzzi so we barely got to enjoy (and this was the main reason we chose this apartment). The bed has a dent in the middle although it's overall ok, but pillows were horrible. Really firm, tall and no cotton pillowcases, ended up sleeping without pillows. There were scented candles but nothing to light them with. The place claims to have free toiletries but all there was were an almost empty hair conditioner, hand soap and a random used toothpaste (I guess it was left there by someone before us). There was no complementary wine like mentioned, only two little juice bottles. Now a huge issue comes to heat. We were a last-minute reservation so the place wasn't preheated for us but that's not the issue. It's a two-story duplex and both heating elements were upstairs so downstairs was cold as ice while it would get really hot and humid upstairs. Also the floor was ice cold and there were no slippers. There's shower on the "bathroom" floor which gets everything wet so if you shower you'll have a wet toilet seat and wet floor for the rest of the stay (nothing to clean that up with either). Also bathroom door doesn't even close, just slides back open.
