This was SO GREAT that I will be always staying there any time I have to be in Athens. The room was very modern, clean, and comfortable. It has a bunk bed (with spotlights and a comfy pocket on the wall for your book), oven, microwave, stove, a coffee maker and boiler, airco, a sitting area, table to eat, another to work, and endless, but truly endless storage space. It was really modern, clean, spacious, and ideally arranged. Further, despite the heatwave, the room was quite cool, even before the airco was turned on. The street and building are really quiet. You'd think that with a major street a few meters to your left, it could be a toss, but no, it's truly blessedly quiet. The cafe at the corner is a must. While the accommodation has great internet, and an IKEA Poang, which for those who know is simply the right chair to chill with your laptop, going to Zu for home-made ginger lemonade, a cold chocolate drink or yet another coffee was a great way to vary my work routine. (I had great fun frustrating the expectations of the really friendly and efficient waitress who was doing her best to memorise my last preference. Once I got a sniff of this, I changed my order every day to throw her off her game.) There are endless possibilities to eat around you, from the traditional tavernas, to the usual pizza and bakery shops, and if you walk five minutes to your right, even some proper cooked meals. For the anxious among you, any sort of pharmacy, doctor, manicurist, or random shop can be found within a 5-minute walk range. If you plan to go to any of the two main universities, there is a bus within 20 meters leaving you at one of the entrances of the University of Athens (and then you enjoy the walk within the enormous campus) and a few streets further away, you can catch a bus taking you to the other uni. If it is not too hot, both institutions are about 30 minutes walk. Depending on the exact street you take, it could be an uphill trek, so mind your shoes.

If one HAS to nag, I have the habit of turning off the water boiler before I shower to conserve power. However, that water boiler was just big enough for me to have a quick shower, rather than an elaborate one. I couldn't push myself to leave it turned on. If you are a fan of quick showers, you'll never notice.

The communication with the host was excellent! It was clean and the apartment was well equipped with everything that you may need.

A bit smaller, but if you are just one person or max 2, it’s more than enough!

The property was very clean, comfortable, very well equipped for cooking and had everything we needed for two nights!! It is a bit of a walk to the attractions but very pleasant and there are public transport options practically from the front door!! We loved our stay!!

We had a bit of difficulty with the water not staying hot for long! But alright for a speedy shower!

20/10!!!! Υπέροχο, λειτουργικό, εργονομικό κι αισθητικά υπέρκομψο στούντιο σε στρατηγική τοποθεσία, συνδυάζει την ηρεμία και την άμεση πρόσβαση στην τοπική αγορά αλλά και το κέντρο της Αθήνας! Θα το ξαναεπισκεφτώ σίγουρα !
