The apartment is large and spacious, and I felt the atmosphere of old Italy. The location is very close to the train station. The sea is about 1 km away, but it takes around 30 minutes to walk to a nice beach. There are not many grocery stores nearby, so you need to walk a bit to reach them. The apartment is on a quiet little street. The hosts explained everything very clearly and communicated messages. Check-in was contactless.
The white sand beach is quite far away. The sound insulation is very poor — you can hear the neighbors very well (for me, it was more uncomfortable knowing that the neighbors could hear my child:).

Geräumige Wohnung mit großem Balkon, gute Matratze und breites Bett. Meer und Cafés sowie Restaurants gut fußläufig erreichbar. Putz- und Waschmittel vorhanden, sehr gutes Abfallentsorgungssystem - alles was wir dafür benötigten war in mehr als ausreichender Menge vorhanden, gut beschildert und erklärt. Wir hatten keinerlei Probleme direkt vor dem Haus einen Parkplatz zu finden - wir waren Ende April bis Anfang Mai dort.

Lo consiglio al 100%!! Appartamento grande, luminoso e curato. Le camere matrimoniali sono spaziose e il balcone è perfetto per mangiare all’aperto con la bella stagione. La cucina completamente attrezzata.
Tutto pulitissimo!! Proprietari gentilissimi e sempre pronti a dare ottimi consigli su spiagge e ristoranti vicinissimi!
Comodissimo il parcheggio sotto casa e ottimo il wifi. Il self check-in ci ha salvato! Semplicissimo anche di notte a causa di un nostro ritardo!
