Superb

Very kind and friendly hostess Simona.She welcomed was very warm and generous! We had a great time at this place and felt immediately at home.A few cats came visit us. Beautiful area around the little house, nice and great garden! And our daughters in an other appointment had plenty of room! The swimming pool was very close to the apartments wat what great. We enjoyed the stay at the swimming pool. We had a holiday like a dream. It was all beyond our expectations!! We will and love the come back! Nice neighborhood with little stores and close to the beach!

A lovely oasis

We loved our stay at Simona’s and would have liked to stay longer. It’s a little gem of tranquility! The pool is fantastic, my children would have quite happily stayed there never venturing out! Our dog enjoyed it too, she was able to wander the garden safely as it’s all enclosed so couldn’t escape. We stayed in the 2 bedroom house which had everything we needed. Lovely outside area for alfresco dining. Supermarket only 5 minutes walk away. Simona was always available to answer questions and make suggestions. This is a great place!

Sehr zuvorkommend und freundliche Gastgeberin. Ein wunderbar gepflegtes Anwesen mit mehreren Ferieneinheiten. Immer sauberer Pool. Gastgeber arbeiten für ihr Angebot fleissig und fragen immer wieder nach ob alles gut sei. Das Anwesen hat viel Charm und die Unterkünfte sind einfach aber zweckmässig eingerichtet. Es verfügt sogar über mehrere Kissen.

Wir waren selbstversorgend und da hat mir der Schwingbesen gefehlt. Kein grosses Ding, ich hab einen gekauft und mit nach Hause genommen. Die Pfannen sollten mal überprüft werden (wacklig nicht ebeb, Griffe nachziehen). Schade waren die Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Holzbänke ohne Lehne gehen in den Rücken. Nur 1 Stuhl draussen und sonst 3 Klappliegen. Vielleicht wären hochlehnige Stühle eine Option die vieles ausmachen würden. Der Verkehrslärm war zeitweise herausfordernd. Da war der junge Hahn nichts dagegen.

Alles wunderbar!

Wunderschöne Oase inmitten der Industriestadt Rosignano Solvay! Die Einheiten liegen gut getrennt, sodass jede Familie ihre Privatsphäre hatte. In unserer Wohnung war alles notwendige vorhanden, um frühstücken zu können und auch mal ein leckeres Abendessen zu zaubern. Sehr schöner und sauberer Pool zum Abkühlen nach einem Besuch der umliegenden Dörfer und Städte. Oder auch mal den ganzen Tag dort zu verbringen. Die Strände der etruskischen Küste sind entweder direkt fußläufig zu erreichen, oder sind wenige Kilometer mit dem Auto entfernt, ideal für Familien mit kleineren Kindern, da Sandstrand und relativ flach abfallend (wir waren in Vada und Cecina mare). Die Gastgeberin Simona war sehr freundlich, stets erreichbar und konnte unsere Anliegen immer sofort lösen. Alles in Allem war unser Aufenthalt dort sehr schön, wir werden sicher wieder kommen!

Dobre miejsce na wypoczynek w oazie ciszy w środku miasta.

Świetna lokalizacja, oaza spokoju, pięknej przyrody; zieleni, oczko wodne, basen itp. w mieście. Cisza i ustronność miejsca nas urzekła. Wyśmienity basen, czysty, wyposażony, pięknie. W dużym apartamencie przestronnie, wygodnie, czysto, wszystko na miejscu. W mniejszym apartamencie (na 4 osoby) już nieco gorzej, zapach wilgoci, ciemno. Gospodyni bardzo uprzejma, życzliwa i gościnna. Doskonały parking, bezpieczeństwo w ogrodzonym terenie.

W mniejszym apartamencie był nieprzyjemny zapach (wilgoć) i ciemno. W opisie była pralka, jednak po przyjeździe okazało się, że jedna dla wszystkich apartamentów, dodatkowo płatna, co nas niemile zaskoczyło.

The place is absolutely wonderful – everything is very well maintained, and its central location made it easy for us to reach many points of interest by car. The pool is clean, spacious, and the perfect depth for both relaxation and fun. Simona, our host, was amazing. She welcomed us warmly and immediately made us feel at home. She provided plenty of helpful information and was always there whenever we needed anything. Thanks to her, we quickly discovered the best beaches and excellent restaurants in the area. The region is truly beautiful – we also took the opportunity to visit Pisa (only 45 minutes away by car) and Florence (about 1 hour and 40 minutes by car). We had a wonderful time here! Thank you so much, Simona, for all your support and your warm hospitality! Il posto è davvero meraviglioso – tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli e la posizione centrale ci ha permesso di raggiungere facilmente, in auto, tanti luoghi di interesse. La piscina è pulita, spaziosa e con una profondità perfetta per rilassarsi e divertirsi. Simona, la nostra ospite, è stata fantastica. Ci ha accolti con calore e ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. Ci ha fornito tante informazioni utili ed è stata sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Grazie a lei abbiamo trovato velocemente le spiagge più belle e ristoranti eccellenti della zona. La regione è davvero splendida – abbiamo approfittato del soggiorno per visitare anche Pisa (a soli 45 minuti in auto) e Firenze (circa 1 ora e 40 minuti in auto). Ci siamo trovati benissimo! Relax al mare per tutta la famiglia

Bellissimo contesto, il giardino molto curato, ottima la zona piscina. Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia nell'appartamento Il Pozzo, spazioso, ben accessoriato. Luogo adatto anche per il nostro nipotino e per il nostro cane. Simona e il marito sempre disponibili per consigli e per risolvere le piccole problematiche che si sono presentate. Supermercati ed altre attività commerciali a breve distanza. Mare a circa un km. Spero di tornare.

Fantastisch!

De accommodatie ligt in een tuin omgeven door hoge bomen. Het is er heerlijk vertoeven tussen de bomen, in de zon, bij het zwembad. De host houdt van dieren en dat zie je meteen. Er zijn kippen, katten, eekhoorns, ... Het is een fantastische plek om tot rust te komen. Op wandelafstand van de zee.
