Garsoniera aranjată cu bun gust. Un pat confortabil. O mică chicinetă dotată cu o mică plită. Lipseau farfuriile plate. Felicitări pentru faptul că în baie am observat produse de igienă pentru doamne. Trebuie și niște produse de protecție pentru sportul la orizontală:) În locație aveți și mașină de spălat rufe și detergent capsule.
Geamurile erau din lemn și nu se închideau foarte bine iar acest lucru afecta izolarea fonică. Chiar dacă strada era laturalnică, era circulată. Cred că geamurile nu au fost schimbate deoarece clădirea este veche și or fi niște norme.

Lumina slabă în camera, jaluzele fixe exterioare ( împiedică aerul și lumina,baia prea aglomerată.
