Monte Muro Country House

The house is very well prepared, very well isolated and well thought. We loved the comfort and the beautiful architecture, together with a breathtaking sunset view. Highly recommended

Definitely remote and quiet. Great star gazing, some pretty villages nearby (the well known Monsaraz), along with the OLA dark skies observatory and the Sharish Gin Distillery. Mostly well equipped house-top quality furniture, lighting, beds, etc. See exception below that turned into a major problem.

We had an issue with the clothes washer being broken-washer door had been torn off and the surrounding ground was badly overgrown (it’s outside in an old box, see photo). It obviously hadn’t been used in a very long time, despite being listed in the facilities. We needed badly to wash clothes, so after many, many assurances from the management company, GuestReady, that a new washer was coming (it never did), we ended up at a distant laundry after wasting a full day and a half waiting. We were reimbursed for the laundry plus as additional sixteen (yes, 16) euros for lost holiday time and inconvenience. I wouldn’t say don’t stay here but if you are unfortunate enough to have an issue don’t expect anything much from GuestReady beyond empty promises. Thanks for reading.

Sem duvida, da localização

A piscina de plastico e o mobiliario de exterior, não eram confortáveis, inestético. Faltam espreguiçadeiras. Maquina de café avariada, trocaram por uma que não funcionava. A limpeza podia ser melhor.
