Very convenient location in a quiet street, near the station and Old Leigh, and all the shops, cafés and restaurants on Leigh Road and Leigh Broadway. There is also a launderette a few minutes walk away, and bus stops nearby. The apartment itself is fairly spacious, light and well furnished. The bathroom is good, too and the host provides good quality towels and basic toiletries. He is very helpful and is happy to answer questions, and find solutions for any small issue they may arise.
Everything was fine for our purposes. There was nothing to dislike.

Very nice apartment. Good location for Leigh Broadway shops and cafes.
Clean and well equipped. Lovely bathroom.
I arrived in the dark and it was hard to see the dial on the lock box - a keyhole light overhead would have been very helpful.
A bottle of milk in the fridge would be very welcoming, especially if checking-in late in the day.

The location was perfect for visiting friends in Westcliff. The flat is clean, spacious with bed linen and towels provided. Located close to local eateries and shops, close to Chalkwell - British Rail station We liked the furnishings and had a very comfortable stay. We will definitely return, hopefully later this year
