Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, blisko dworca PKP i ładnego deptaka. Gospodarz pomocny i życzliwy. Pokój czysty, z małym aneksem kuchennym, wyposażony w podstawowe sprzęty.
Łazienka blisko, ale jednak na korytarzu, z którego korzystają inni mieszkańcy. Nocą to dość niekomfortowe. Prysznic na środku łazienki zainstalowany tak, że zalewa całą łazienkę.
