The staff at the restaurant were very good with excellent customer service. Overall the hotel staff were very professional, friendly and well trained. The rooms are modern,spacious and clean.

Limited breakfast buffet options but restaurant options and food quality are good. I am a non-smoker so enjoying the front lobby area can be difficult.

The hotel has a good location, and the breakfast is average but ok. Except the receptionist’s everybody was nice.

Our reservation was for a king-size bed, but upon our arrival the receptionist informed us that unfortunately they could only provide a room with separate beds. Her manner was very condescending, so we thought it best not to argue too much, especially since she promised that the next morning they would change and upgrade the room. Despite this, in the morning we packed our things and went out into the city, having agreed with the receptionist that our luggage would be moved to the new room. When we returned to the hotel in the afternoon, they still wanted to give us back the same room, and it was clear that they did not want to listen to what we were saying. We asked for the manager, who was, of course, unavailable. Eventually, when they saw how upset we were, they were willing to provide us with a king-size bed. It was resolved immediately, and what a miracle …they actually did have a room with a king-size bed after all. The second receptionist also was condescending, and made faces at us. After we left the accommodation, the hotel canceled the reservation so that we would not be able to leave a review. I kindly ask Booking.com to take the necessary steps and make sure that our review be published (and they do it -thanks).
