Splendid Studio Apartment - near Eiffel tower

Great little apartment in an excellent location, close to many of Paris's top attractions. The Eiffel Tower is only a 10-minute walk away, and there are plenty of bakeries, shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby, including a lovely bakery just around the corner. The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. A special mention goes to our host, Camille Agnes, who was absolutely exceptional. He was friendly, responsive, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. Kindly allowed us to check in a few hours earlier, which made a huge difference after our journey and was greatly appreciated. Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation in a great location while visiting Paris.

The only thing that was missing was the air con which would be a great help during the hot days

Ótima Localização, perto da Torre, bares, restaurante, supermercados e Metrô.

Paris no verão realmente é muito quente. O Apartamento é feito para esquentar, fica no poente e não tem refrigeração de ar, somente aquecimento. Assim fica desconfortável você ficar em altas temperaturas até a madrugada (já que anoitece após as 21 horas).

Great location near the Eiffel Tower. 9 minute walk to multiple metro stations

Very noisy in the mornings due to garbage truck pickup. To be fair we kept the windows open due to the heat and not having air conditioning.

No breakfast included, but there was a kitchen where you can prepare your breakfast. The location was the best on Tuesday Cler with fresh fruit and baguettes just a few meters outside the door.
