Que tuviera plaza de parking y aire acondicionado
Para ir al centro a pie está un poco alejdo pero hay paradas de bus muy cerca y llegas en 10 minutos

El apartamento de Michel es sin duda muy cómodo para explorar el centro de Burdeos. Es muy fácil moverse con el autobús hacia el centro (y vuelta). Michel, que habla castellano, estuvo muy pendiente de darnos la bienvenida personalmente, y explicarnos las particularidades del alojamiento en persona. También estuvo pendiente de despedirnos a la salida, y eso que le hicimos madrugar un montón! Tener aparcamiento en la puerta del alojamiento para nosotras fue clave, ya que viajamos con dos niños pequeños y equipaje, así que tanto para cargar como para descargar el equipaje y los niños (les metemos dormidos en el coche a la vuelta) fue extremadamente cómodo. Y por sólo 4€ la noche. Tiene todo el menaje necesario para una estancia corta, también Smart-Tv t un baño grande y reformado. La cama fue cómoda.
Sólo encuentro un detalle que podría mejorarse, no vendría mal reponer el juego de toallas de baño, ya que daba la sensación de que todas estaban ya muy desgastadas y grisáceas. Deslucía un poco la limpieza y renovación del resto de alojamiento.
