Las vistas, sino fuera por eso..... La facilidad para acceder al apartamento, no vimos a nadie pero teníamos por mail todas las instrucciones.

El agobio de las habitaciones, pequeñas y sin apenas ventilación, ventanas que dan a un lado de luces. Cogimos los colchones y los llevamos al salón, no se podía estar en la habitaciones del calor, usamos todos los ventiladores, aunque uno que había de pie, no se sostenía en pie. Olor interior armarios, falta limpieza ropa interior y ventilación de los mismos. Compramos un abre botellas, no había, lo dejamos allí. La funda del sofá, bastante sucia. No usamos utensilios de cocina, salvo cafetera y tostadora, el resto lo hacíamos fuera.

Santa Pola is a small and rather sleepy little town just 15 min south from the airport. The location of the flat is excellent, right on the beach with beautiful views from the balcony on the 7th floor and with bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Communication with the agent was very good, friendly and prompt! The flat had everything we needed really, amenities were good and it was very clean. We loved waking up in the morning and having a coffee on the balcony overlooking the sea, it was beautiful. Also perfect for an afternoon vino with some snacks after a day on the beach. Overall we had a good stay and I would recommend this flat.

The chairs on the balcony are hard and uncomfortable and it wouldn't cost much to put some nicer chairs out there. There were no beach chairs to take to the beach but we bought some and left in the flat so this will benefit future guests staying there. The building was very empty at the time of our visit (early May) but we had one night with people staying above us when it was noisy late into the night and you can easily hear talking/walking/chairs scraping on the floor from neighbours. The agent dealt with it promptly (actually replying to messages in the middle of the night which was impressive!) but just a heads up if you're noise sensitive as I imagine busier tourist months will be a lot noisier overall in the building. The balcony doors don't lock. We ended up taking our valuables with us during the day when we went out and just left the doors unlocked but at night we closed the shutters as it made us feel safer that way. The agent said they'll fix it so maybe just check before booking. The agent is called DOMIDAI and you can just google their contact details.

Appliances and furniture were old Apartment is not entirely clean, blanket quilts had no fresh covering on them, some had stains Appliances were dirty and faulty - the house kettle was rusty and when plugged in, led to the entire apartment having a power failure Corridor lights were flickering Outdoor blinds were old fashioned Rooms had no ventilation, suggest to put standing fans Rusty shower heads Broken shower heads (had to tie with a with plastic bag to hold it in place) Key pick up was tedious, the person they sent could only meet at a specific time, and he didn’t have the building key when arrived so we waited outside for 40 mins. After clarifying he told us the key was 20 mins away in a safebox with a passcode. Check in could be improved to make it more self service to accommodate all arrival times
