Welcome to my apartment!
Modern and tastefully decorated, this 46m² lovely apartment is located on the 2nd floor, accessible by elevator, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay!
This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a convertible sofa bed, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table for six. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views.
The living room TV is equipped with a pre-configured Netflix account. Feel free to use this account to enjoy a variety of series and films during your stay.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a cooking plate, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.
The two bedrooms have queen beds with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Saint-Ouen also offers you the chance to stroll along the Seine or enjoy a picnic in the Grand Parc des Docks. You can also follow the fresco trail and admire, among many others, the Croco Accro fresco and the Métro fresco. Can you find them?

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.

The property is located in zone 2 so it was easy to travel in and around Paris, suitable for family. The Corridor was under work so it looked little unclean but other than that the home is maintained in good condition.
