This recently completed new construction project is located right next to the harbor dike and features a total of four apartments. The ground-floor apartment—PGJyPg—has a large open-concept living-dining area with a modern kitchen. It includes everything you need for cooking or enjoying a cozy breakfast. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable box-spring bed. In addition to the walk-in, floor-level shower, the bathrooms have everything you need to freshen up in the morning at your leisure. There is a TV in the bedroom and another in the living area.
Overall, the apartment is flooded with light thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows, creating a cozy atmosphere. Of course, a parking space and a large storage room for bicycles are also available. Here you can charge your e-bikes or store your bike rack.
In the summer, the patio with garden furniture is perfect for barbecuing or relaxing.
Your dog is also welcome here. (8.00 euros/night)
The property is just a few minutes’ walk from the Edeka supermarket. Restaurants, various bakeries, ice cream shops, and pubs are all nearby in the town center.
If you book a laundry package from us for an additional 16.50 € per person, the beds will be made upon your arrival, and towels will be provided in the bathroom and kitchen.
