The house is 7 minutes from the Parc des expositions it is ideal to easily get to the various Salons To get to Parc Astérix it will take 10 minutes by car also you have a direct train to the Disney Land Paris park (6 minutes from the TGV SNCF station of Roissy stop at Chessy Disneyland)
you have shops nearby.... carrefour market, bakery, pharmacy, post office for you to eat you have the choice between the pizzeria, there are several brasseries, a bar, a pub .
