LIVING WITH A SPECTACULAR VIEW
The open and inviting livingand dining area on the first floor features generous floor-to-ceiling windows that offer a breathtaking view of the marina. The southwest-facing wooden deck is the perfect spot for balmy summer evenings and provides access to a 30 m² rooftop terrace. There, you can enjoy the sun all day long and take in the sweeping views of the marina, the Schlei, and the Baltic Sea.
RELAXATION AND WELLNESS ON YOUR BALTIC SEA VACATION
Experience pure relaxation in the Finnish sauna with a direct view of the sea (Marina & Schlei) and enjoy the warmth of the underfloor heating that extends throughout the entire houseboat. The sleeping area on the first floor includes a master bedroom with a double bed and floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows that offer direct access to the wraparound terrace. A second bedroom with a double bed, as well as a spacious sleeper sofa in the living area, provide additional sleeping options.
