MARITIME LIGHTNESS AND PLENTY OF SPACE FOR RELAXATION
As soon as you arrive, you can feel what makes this house so special. The location right on the Schlei, along the Schlei riverbank in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz. The clean architecture. And the feeling of having truly arrived.
A LIVING EXPERIENCE LIKE IN A BEACH LOFT
On the first floor, a light-filled living area awaits with floor-to-ceiling windows, which offer unobstructed views of the water. A wood-burning stove provides cozy warmth on cooler days, and the open kitchen invites you to cook together. From the dining area, you step out onto the first terrace—perfect for breakfast with a view of the marina.
A DREAMY NIGHT’S SLEEP WITH A VIEW
There are two bedrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom, with a double bed, opens onto the terrace overlooking the Schlei. The second bedroom is versatile: it features two single beds that can be pushed together if needed. Large windows bring the water almost right up to the bed.
A BATHROOM TO FALL IN LOVE WITH
The whirlpool tub in the bathroom is more than just a highlight. When you take a bath here, you look out over the Schlei and feel very close to the water. That’s pure wellness. On top of that, a Finnish sauna with a spacious shower awaits you in the attic. It’s the perfect place to warm up after a long walk along the Baltic Sea.
THE ROOFTOP TERRACE IS IN A LEAGUE OF ITS OWN
Whether with a glass of wine at sunset or a cup of coffee early in the morning—this space is all yours. Lounge furniture, deck chairs, and the view of the water make it a true favorite spot.
