About this house rental
Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 65 m² house in Tour-de-Faure is less than a kilometre from the beach and can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a lovely 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a garden of around 800 m². Bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² living room with sofa and dining area
- Kitchenette equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc.
- Sleeping area 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Sleeping area 2: accessible from sleeping area 1, comprising a bunk bed (sleeps 2) and a single bed
- A bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A beautiful 800 m² unfenced garden
- A 30 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
- An 8x4 m² unheated shared swimming pool (priority for tenants), open from May to September
The house is ideally located in Tour-de-Faure, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Cahors, about 32 km away (38 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Brive-Vallée, about 87 km away (1h15 by car)
