This beachfront penthouse offers a unique and unforgettable vacation experience. It’s a true hidden gem with magical views that will take your breath away.
The privacy is unmatched: this one-bedroom penthouse is like a small house situated on the rooftop of one of the most centrally located beachfront buildings in Marbella. The location and views are unbeatable. You can walk everywhere without needing a car.
Located right on the boardwalk, the penthouse offers 360-degree panoramic views in all directions. Modern and elegantly decorated, it features a bedroom with a king-size bed, a living room with a 160 cm sofa bed, a small dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a window, and a spacious 180 m² terrace.
Within walking distance of all amenities and the vibrant nightlife. Marbella’s charming old town and its incredible shops are just a few steps away. You can walk to Puerto Banús along the coast, starting from the marble promenade right outside our door. In addition, there’s a luxury spa and wellness center with a gym, yoga, and fitness classes just a few minutes away, along with options for fishing, sailing, boat tours, and a new 8-screen movie theater. There are also numerous golf courses and a large supermarket just 3 minutes away, as well as a small supermarket only 30 seconds away.
