Duplex apartment located on the first floor with a terrace of 20m2
On the first floor, Entrance, Kitchen, WC, Large living room of 30m2 with a lounge & dining room with high ceilings.
Fully equipped kitchen (Appliances + Crockery, utensils, fridge + freezer, coffee machine, washer dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, ect...)
A spiral staircase will take you to the night area, a bedroom with new bedding with a large bed in 160X200 & Dressing room, electrical outlets with integrated USB ports will be available in the bedrooms.
The second sleeping area on the mezzanine is composed of a 160X200 bed, still equipped with USB sockets integrated into the electrical outlets, a dressing area will complete this second bedroom.
Upstairs, you will also find a travertine bathroom with its walk-in shower.
Outside on the terrace, you will find garden furniture, armchairs, sofa and coffee table.
Ideal accommodation for 4 people, possibility of 2 additional people.

The car is essential.
Arrival and departure times can be flexible if the availability of the apartment allows it, do not hesitate to ask me.
