- A living room with a TV area, a large sofa, and access to a terrace.
- An independent kitchen, bathed in natural light through industrial-style windows, featuring a dining area for four and access to a rear balcony.
- The first bedroom boasts a double bed, a dressing area, and a view of the greenery behind the residence.
- The second bedroom mirrors the first in comfort and style.
- A stylish bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sink.
- For added convenience, there is a separate WC.
- Reversible air conditioning is installed throughout the living spaces.

Within a few steps, you can leisurely walk down to Golfe-Juan’s beaches via a path we’ll be happy to point out.
In just a few minutes on foot, you can:
- Reach the center of Golfe-Juan, with its shops and local restaurants.
- Stroll along the port, admire the yachts, or rent a boat for a day on the sea.
- Set off from Golfe-Juan port to the magnificent Lérins Islands with their turquoise waters, either by shuttle or renting your own boat.

- The iconic Croisette, with its luxury boutiques, grand hotels, and sandy beaches.
- Cannes city center, where you can explore Rue d’Antibes, Rue Hoche, or the historic Suquet district.

Visitor parking spaces are available in the residence. One private parking space is included with the rental.

Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay.
Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).
Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM.
Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee.
After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.
All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
